Yosmerys holds a Bachelor of Criminology (Venezuela) and a Diploma of Counselling (Australia), bringing over eight years of hands-on frontline experience across Western Sydney Out-of-Home Care (OOHC), Youth Justice case management, and specialist NDIS disability support.
Having spent years working directly with young people facing complex trauma, family breakdown, and social disconnection, Yosmerys established Supporting Communities Australia to provide a different kind of support: one grounded in consistent rapport, dignity of risk, and real-world skill acquisition.
